My Story

Ever felt stuck—whether in life, in health, or just not knowing which way to turn? I’ve been there.

As an adult, I found myself drawn to various forms of energy healing. I experienced firsthand the profound impact it could have—not just on my mind and spirit, but physically as well. Crystals, Reiki, and other energy practices became a part of my life, and I witnessed real, tangible changes in my body and wellbeing.

Interestingly, crystals seemed to find me before I even sought them out—as if sent at the right time. Inspired by these experiences, I began studying and eventually became certified in Crystal Healing.

A few years later, I had an unexpected brush with death: a burst appendix landed me in ICU, isolated and in septic shock. My medical team was vigilant, but the one thing that truly supported me through that time—beyond conventional medicine—was energy work, particularly crystals and Reiki. This experience deepened my commitment, and I went on to become certified in Reiki as well. I want to be clear: energy healing is not a replacement for medical care—it works alongside it to amplify healing.

Numbers and numerology have also played a powerful role in my life. Since my father’s illness before he passed in 2019, I’ve been noticing Angel numbers everywhere, particularly the master numbers 11 and 22. I continue to see repeating numbers now in my everyday day life. These numbers form a meaningful part of my offerings, paired with heart chakra crystals to enhance their energy.

After a 20-year career in media, including my role as Director of News at CNN, I felt called to share what I’ve learned and help others on their healing journeys. My goal is to offer products that clear and cleanse your energy, balance your chakras, and harmonise your mind, body, and soul.
